It starts with a lot of coffee, and a little school drop off. I began by planning my own wedding—experiencing the stress firsthand and realizing how difficult it is to truly enjoy the day when you’re managing every detail. That experience sparked a passion for easing the pressure for others. Today, I take your vision and turn it into reality through three thoughtfully designed wedding collections, and custom planning services for celebrations of all kinds—including bachelorettes, corporate events, retirements, birthdays, and content creation add-ons.

What Happens When Couples Let Go
Haley was an incredible coordinator! She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was on-time and stress-free. I’m not just saying she went above and beyond - When the venue wasn’t handing our cake out after cutting it, Haley stepped in and served it. She worked with our budget and made it work for us! I am so glad we had her on the day of the wedding, I cannot imagine how stressed my wife would have been trying to keep everything on schedule. If I could go back I would hire Haley all over again!
Haley is without a doubt the BEST money you can spend on a vendor. I made a semi-last minute decision to hire her as an external day of coordinator despite my venue already providing one, and I am so happy I did. My venue had a lot of organization issues on our wedding day and I can’t imagine what our day would have looked like without her help. She went above and beyond to offer help and even anticipate my needs before I even knew I would have them. She was doing everything from setting out decor, helping me get dressed, handling our DJ canceling on the day of, bringing me and groom drinks, checking on us, leading our rehearsal, managing our wedding party lineup, keeping us on the timeline as best as possible, and literally so much more.
My now husband and I hired Haley for the last two weeks of our wedding planning, when we were so scatterbrained and reaching out to all our vendors ourselves, and we weren't sure we had everything figured out. We are beyond grateful for everything Haley did for us during the final two weeks of our wedding planning. She truly tied everything up amazingly and made the process so so much easier. We had a church ceremony and a separate reception location, which already added complexity, but Haley handled everything with such professionalism, organization, and care. She traveled from College Station (about an hour away) and still made herself fully available to us, meeting with us through zoom every day during the week of our wedding, and coming to help coordinate at our church rehearsal. She helped calm our nerves and made us feel reassured when things felt overwhelming. Haley was firm and stern with vendors when needed, handled issues behind the scenes, and made sure everything stayed on track. She also made sure that we didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day —she made sure everyone went through her first instead of coming directly to us unless needed, which allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy our day. She did an amazing job replicating the inspiration/decoration photos I gave her. She made sure everything I wanted displayed was out and set up exactly how I asked. On top of that, she surprised us with a small gift, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Her assistant was also incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the day — we truly appreciated both of them being there for us. Overall, Haley went above and beyond in every way. She is hardworking, attentive, supportive, and genuinely cares about her couples. Our day would not have been the same without her. If you’re considering hiring Haley — do it. We highly, highly recommend her. She is truly amazing, and we are so thankful for everything she did to make our wedding day so special.
Absolutely amazing!! We hired Haley last minute due to our other day of coordinator having to back out and from the moment’s started talking I knew everything was going to be perfect! Kept me in the loop, great communication and an absolutely sweet lady! On my wedding day she kept everything running smoothly and made sure my fiancé and I had no worries! Highly recommend!!
